En premier lieu, les jours d\u00e9clinent laissant une part plus importante aux nuits apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9quinoxe de septembre. L\u2019aspect <i>Yin<\/i> (ralentissement) des choses prend alors progressivement le dessus sur l\u2019aspect <i>Yang<\/i> (acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration) de l\u2019Et\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">L\u2019Automne et sa fonction Poumon<\/h2>\n<p>Pour le corps humain, c\u2019est du point de vue de la m\u00e9decine orientale, l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans la saison du Poumon. La fonction du Poumon joue un r\u00f4le important dans la d\u00e9fense face aux attaques externes (vent, virus, bact\u00e9ries, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019immunit\u00e9 primaire). A ce titre, l\u2019 Automne est la saison id\u00e9ale pour renforcer ses d\u00e9fenses immunitaires et entrer sereinement dans l\u2019 Hiver. D&rsquo;autre part, les exercices de respiration tels le <i>pranayama<\/i> sont des pratiques de yoga pour contr\u00f4ler le souffle et apaiser le mental. La fonction Poumon englobe deux aspects\u00a0: l\u2019organe <i>Yin<\/i>, le Poumon et son visc\u00e8re <i>Yang<\/i>, le Gros intestin. Cette fonction joue donc un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9ception et l\u2019\u00e9vacuation.
